Six weeks of age is the usual recommendation. A well nurished female of 6 weeks age is able to conceive in the right conditions, so it is strongly advized to at the least separate the females from their father at that time. Any brothers in the litter will not be sexually mature enough to produce a conception until they are about 6 months of age or older.

Sounds nearly perfect . . . if one more reveals itself to be male then it will be fully perfect. You will have quite the happy family! I bet you are having a lot of fun with those babies!

Just a little update,I may have some goos for rehome next week as doing a big clean out today(I do a big clean and move cage etc once every few weeks but normal weekly cleans).I am now not 100% sure on sex of the babies, they are now 8 weeks old and there lowere regions seemed to have changed and I have now booked them into the vets Monday morning to be 100% sure as I dont want babies interbred or anymore unnecessary babies.I will post next week if there are any boys up for rehome I hope they are all girls as I dont want to part with any of my babies(they came in error after rescue but they are loved already)fingers crossed
