Jester started off with a bald patch on the back of his neck before bailey had the pups, and now had a small one on his back, at first i thought it was bailey pinching it to make a nest?
is he poorly?!?!

Not likely. It isn't unusual for degus to occasionally over groom their cage mates, and some do it more often than occasionally, which can cause a bit of balding in places. This will usually grow back, it left alone long enough. Thing is, it can be difficult to distract them from this activity. Sometimes it is the result of too small a cage or space, or boredom, or simply just because. There really is nothing to worry about, unless you can see irritation on the exposed skin. In that case, it is a good thing to take the degu to the vet for examination and then treatment.
