Pulla's been off the antibiotics since last monday, and everything seems to be fine. I kept him on them a bit longer than necessary (over the weekend) because I thought I heard him sniffing before the weeked, but everything seems to be in order now Thanks to everyone for your support during his illness!

As an addendum to the topic, Pulla has been doing fine after the incident, but I think it has a lingering, possibly permanent effect on him. After the infection happened, I've noticed him resting more, and often in a more slumped position. His breathing is also heavier and his sides rise and fall very visibly. It's not like he's huffing, just that his breathing is not as effortless as before. Weirdly, this does not seem to have affected his behavior at all, and he's just fine moving around, jumping, climbing or otherwise navigating the cage. He has not had any signs of a respiratory infection after that, and seems in all other ways normal. It might be that he's more tired after they play in the kitchen than before, but I can't say for certain.
I think it might be that since he's not as young any more, and he had such a rough and sudden infection, that it might have really been hard on his lungs. But I can't really find anything acutely wrong with him. I have of course been watching him carefully, but it seems like it might be just be a sign of age.
The vet has no real opinion on this, and he'd have to be brought in to be examined again. I've decided not to do that for now, since I suspect his dental check was when this started, due to him catching cold during the trip and losing body heat due to the sedation. If it becomes more acute, I will of course have to take him with all possible precautions, but as long as it does not manifest in any acute problems, I'll stand by for now.
I've also been taking care to make sure that his environment is as dust-free as possible and have been more mindful of drafts than normal. If this actually does signify that his lungs have suffered, I expect him to be much more vulnerable to respiratory illnesses now...
