Feeling quite relieved she seems back to more her normal self she's eating the mashed up recovery solution and took a treat earlier she's running round when we got her out so let's just hope dosing her up with the antibiotics in the week does the job

Started her on the oral antibiotics today she's still not eating hard food just the smallest amount of hay and the liquid recovery food. She drinks very little from the water bottle and all the feed etc is done on a spoon she is starting to run around though and be more of her mischievous self so hoping her body is fighting whatever it was.... She has started scratching a bit more to I do t know whether it's cause she's been feeling rotten and not sand bathing properly but will have to keep an eye on it. Thanks for all your help guys!

Keep trying to tempt her with different foods. Maybe she would like some dandelion leaves or some other forage?

I am so glad to hear that she has started to eat some hard foods! How is she doing today, still eating and starting to gain some ground?

No he didn't, she won't take anything we gave her a treat she nibbled a bit and dropped it and she keeps going to the water bottle like she wants to drink and then doesn't all so strange hoping she feels better soon once the antibiotics kick in It could the the anesthetic make g her woozy when mine have had anesthetic it's taken them a wile to be able to use the drinking bottle again because they miss it
