After this mornings upheaval we spotted that Sleepy has got a swollen front paw and a puffed up eye. The paw looks like it was caused by a fall rather than a fight (no wound, just swelling) and I think she probably 'blacked' her eye in the same way. The paw has gone down and looks a lot less red than it did this morning and she is using it fairly well tonight but her eye is still shut. After all the trauma of today is it worth stressing her with a vet trip or should we just monitor her for a few days and see if it settles down? Feel free to tell me I'm stressing, but worrying about everything now. :$

I don't suppose you have seen the eye at all, or could get a look at it?
Depending on how quickly you could get a vet appointment if you needed to, I think you could probably wait and see for one or two days. Vet right away if it gets worse or you can relax a little if it looks improved tomorrow. I take it she seems OK in herself?

She seems fine in herself and she opened her eye a little this afternoon, so looking promising. Our vet is good and if we are really worried he has, several times, slipped us in at the end of a day.
On the down side she does seem to have lost all the fur on both her front feet and a little on her chest which is rather disturbing. She is eating, drinking and chewing the place up ok and hasn't lost any weight so wondering if maybe she is being over groomed by the others now as bottom goo?

Could be. See if you can catch them doing it?

She may be fur pulling, which is a sign of stress, but because she has lost fur on her chest, it may be overgrooming.

We've been watching the girls quite closely for a couple of day and it turns out that Sleepy is scalping her own feet and chest/tummy. Could this be because of losing Dopey? There have not been any other major changes. Will she eventually stop? I still have some bitter apple I can use to stop her chewing on her front but it was not recommended for use on front paws.

Awww, that's sad, I'm sure it will be due to grief and stress. I would let her carry on for now, it's not really doing any harm and she should stop at some point when things settle down. The bitter apple might just stress her more.
