Hi all! I was just wondering if it's safe to get my goos a little teddy bear for their cage. Obviously ones without buttons or beans inside but is the stuffing safe for them if they rip it apart and if it had a care label on it, would that need to come off? Just thought it might be a fun toy and cute little addition to their cage but would like to know some opinions on this first as I'm still getting used to my brand new goos Thank you! ~ Fern

It's fine as long as all the components are safe. A care label wouldn't be a problem. If you look through the accessories link thread you will find more ideas of things they like deguworld.proboards.com/thread/18716/accessories-bedding-toy-ideas Priorities when you are starting out are offering enough hiding places and choice of nesting places to help them feel safe, also things like hammocks and rope things can be fun, cardboard boxes, plus lots of branches, sticks and wooden items. Plenty of cardboard and kitchen or toilet paper are good too.

my lot love - then destroy teddies That's great to hear, I'll have to find one then! Does the stuffing from inside need to come out and be replaced with paper or something safer for them to chew if they get inside it? Also, the label says 100% polyester, is this a safe material for them?
