While having cuddles today with Mater, something startled him and he tried to shoot up my arm, misjudged it and slipped off. I feel horrible for missing but he was just so fast!
He seems to have twisted his back leg on the left as he hit the floor. He fell probably about 4 ft from my arm to the floor, so it was quite a big fall. He was hopping around on 3 legs for a couple of hours. He is now putting it down but seems to be in some discomfort with it. It doesn't appear to be swolen or misshapen in any way but is there anything I can do for the little guy? He's having a serious run of bad luck atm, I really feel sorry for him.

Give it a couple of days and he should be back to himself don't feel bad, it happens to all of us - to me just last week, it was only about 9" but he landed on the edge of a plastic kennel so it was hard and on a sharp edge. A couple extra treats, bit of TLC and he was all better.

This sounds rather familiar ---- My Trouble (how she got her name) jumped from my shoulder to the ground, around 4ft when she was only about 6 weeks old.
I would make sure he has extra warmth ie a hot water bottle/snuggle safe etc. to keep the painfull bits warm and comfy.
I will come back with more when I am sober (sorry, too much wine tonight) Hope your little guy is ok

Mater seems better this morning, he's currently demolishing a kitchen roll for their nest, lol. He still seems a bit wary of his leg though and hasn't used the wheel at all so far today.

It's a good thing if Mater is being sensible and resting the leg. Just make sure that all parts of the leg are in the right position and move in the right way if he does try to put weight through it. Keep a close eye on him for a while.

Ouch! Those moments tend to play on re-run in our head, don't they? I'm so glad he seems to be doing better today.
