Try ringing the vet and asking for some ointment or wash for it, they shouldn't need to see him again for this.

Acne cream? LOL! NO! Yeah, maybe a warm compress. The nice thing about warm compresses is that they don't have to be wet. So, maybe give him a heated snuggy pad thingy, and let him lay on it.

I.made him a heat pad before we went out and I'll keep warm water dabbing twice a day I really want to give it a good old squeeze lol ?

The pus volcanoe erupted today with a little help the snap it made is it popped was awful and what came out was green :/

Ewww . . . EWWWWWWW!!!! . . . More ewwwww!!! Well, it's a good thing it has popped and emptied itself, as he most certainly needed to have that stuff out of his body! I think you should continue with the heat pads and the salt water until you are confident it is healed up without any residual pus. The pressure inside of that thing must have made all his man bits feel really painful!

It was that big it made his cone bend round at a slight angle it looks so much better no redness Or swelling at all ill carry on with salt baths
