I was trying to find out if Buddleia was degu safe on German sites and found this nice list. It is translated by google and I am about to go to bed but I'll make it more English friendly later. Hope it helps.

The site above also contains lists about other food and nuts - the list is massive so I suggest you have a browse and see if there is anything good there. ;D

About Buddleia, I looked on degutopia but don't really trust that list any more due to it contradicting with sources that I would think have more experience (like the German source above.) Degutopia says it contains antibacterial glycosides, which may cause bloating or diarrhoea if ingested. I saw one of the un suitable trees from the above list saying it has cyanogenic glycosides (prussic acid) and I am not sure if this is related, which would help confirm degutopia's decision to say it isn't degu safe.
There is a load of it I can access so I just want to see if it can be used as finding degu-safe wood that isn't in someone else's garden is difficult lol. ;D
