There are a couple of options you can use for hanging hammocks, but, if like me you have degus that will chew tabs in no time then eyelets will be your best friend! You can buy them in most haberdashery stores, along with eyelet pliers which can be easier to use than the tools provided. The pack should tell you how to put them in but I hope this will make it easier for you. So this is what we start off with (note the pliers only act as a hard surface to use the hammer on to protect the floor): 1) First off you want to cut a small hole in the fabric using either scissors or an eyelet plier: 2) Put the eyelet in so the longer part is facing the surface that your goos will be in contact with (the other side may be a little sharp if it isn't bent properly): 3) Add the small outer ring to the other side and trap it in place with the plastic pliers (or the metal ones if you have them): 4) Hammer the eyelet in (or just squeeze the eyelight pliers) until the eyelet folds over and closes:
